Well 2011 is coming to an end very soon just want to thank all my family and friends for making it such a great year. I wish health and happiness to all of my friends and family. 2012 starts our tenth year competing in BBQ and the beginning of the Nights I can’t remember and Friends I will never forget BBQ tour. I hope to see everyone out at one of the many events this year.

Well after eight weeks of cooking a different type of chili every second week June has firmly established her self as the better Chili cook, Mike Look out it might have to be Madcow 1 & Madcow 2 when we enter the chill contest. I don’t care which one of you qualify to have us go to Texas as long as one of you two do it this year!

Well I found her a recipe, cut her vegtables coached her on how much spice and then she kick my ass. June came in second yesterday in the big Chili cook at our local bar I was dead last lots of fun and a few beers all and all pretty good. Two weeks from now Turkey chili

Well thats the end of BBQ season got a 1st place this weekend in ribs just really glad that the same table did not judge BBQ Bobs because I thought it was going to be a shut out for Mad Cow at the bypass when I heard his name called for ribs oh well the BBQ gods were smiling on me .Thanks to all my crew new and old as they were all a real big help this year especially JUNE, Jessica & Nick who were almost at every contest this year with me and they all kept getting better& better . Already planning the back yard rib challenge and The BC Festival of BBQ & Chili

Just Home from Calgary Lucked out and took Reserve Champion. Great weekend spent with Great Friends see you all next year at the BOW
